2. Event Participation & Assumption of Risk

Participation in Party For Change events is voluntary and at your own risk. Our events may include physical activity (such as yoga, dance, movement, or outdoor activities).

By attending an event, you acknowledge that:

  • You are physically and mentally capable of participating

  • You assume all risks associated with participation

  • You release Party For Change LLC from liability for injuries, illness, or damages that may occur

3. Tickets & Refunds

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by Party For Change.

  • If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified regarding refunds or credits.

4. Code of Conduct

Party For Change is committed to creating inclusive, respectful, and joyful spaces.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event without refund if this code is violated.

5. Donations & Fundraising Transparency

Party For Change is a for-profit LLC, not a nonprofit. A portion of proceeds from select events is donated to nonprofit partners.

  • Donation amounts and beneficiaries are disclosed per event

  • Tickets or purchases may not be tax-deductible

  • We are not responsible for how nonprofit partners use donated funds

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Party For Change LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Party For Change LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in events or use of this website.
